Made with a combination of mature vegetarian west country cheddar, local free range eggs, millet, red pepper, onion, parsley, turmeric and a dash of sweet chilli jam.
These gluten free bakes can be eaten hot or at room temperature making them an ideal alternative to a sandwich for lunch and brilliant for picnics.
We like to eat ours with salad or with vegetables and new potatoes – yummy.
After purchase, store the mature cheddar bakes in the fridge and use within 3-4 days.
Eat at room temperature or, heat in a medium oven 180°C/375°F or Gas mark 4 for approx 10-12 mins.
Can be microwaved.
Suitable for freezing, allow the mature cheddar bake to thaw before following heating instructions above.
