You won't miss the meat with these Black Bean Burgers.
Gluten and dairy free and packed full of protein and fibre, we combine black beans, organic eggs, ground almonds with mixed peppers, onions, cumin, coriander and a very mild chilli mix to create a Mexican vibe. They'll make you want to grab your sombrero.
They make a great loaded burger, serve with all your favourite toppings in a soft bap. Or, if you're gluten intolerant put one a large romaine lettuce leaf, load up with your favourites then fold the lettuce leaf and eat like a wrap.
We like to eat ours with some guacamole and salsa on top with fries on the side – naughty but very very nice.
After purchase, store in the fridge and use within 3-4 days.
